Hi Ludovic,

are you still maintaining this package, or should it be moved to QA 
maintainance?

The FTBFS is trivial to fix, but there is a point that someone should 
also upgrade to new upstream code (assuming the new upstream is usable).

Hi,

maybe it's a good chance to change to the new updated version of gjiten at
https://github.com/DarkTrick/gjiten

The new version might also encounter packaging problems, but it uses more 
recent technology and updates; It's probably more worthful to spend time there 
than in the 10 year old package*
