Is that because of the resync across seeders or is sth else going wrong? I'm just waiting for the ppc buildd to upload and it to propagate to mirrors and I'll try an ISO build against sid to make sure the perl package goes away. After struggling for a bit due to CONF.sh overwriting my settings (I've figured out about DEBIAN_CD_CONF_SOURCED now!) I managed to do a sid m-a netinst build without perl and deps on it and it looks as if everything necessary fits on CD1 now, without excluding the 486 kernel or anything like that. Disk usage is 643M here so pretty close to the edge still.
