Perfect. :-)

I'd lost track of the deadline, otherwise I'd have voted for that as
well, in which case Marga would have won without a casting vote.

Cheers, Phil.

With one week passed (§6.3.1) [0], here come the vote results:

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
The winners are:
 Option C "Phil Hands "
 Option D "Margarita Manterola "
 Option E "David Bremner "
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Making use of my casting vote (§A.6.8) [1,2], I hereby designate Margarita
Manterola as the new TC Chair, effective immediately.

Congratulations Marga!

Cheers,
OdyX

[0] Technically, Marga voted after the vote period was over; hir vote brings
bremner to the Schwartz set. That doesn't change my casting vote though.
[1] For the first, and last time.
[2] The language I used (which is not the one from the procedure) to trigger
the TC Chair election implies I would immediately be no longer Chair, which
puts us in a no-casting-vote situation to designate the next Chair, which is
very unfortunate. I've therefore assumed I was holding the Chair casting vote
until the vote result was clear (and suggest the next Chair to phrase the
Chair vacation message more clearly).Starting results calculation at Sun Mar 25 09:03:13 2018
