como Debian México, sin embargo los que siempre hemos estado en la
causa, ahora apuntamos debian.org.mx, debian.com.mx, debian.unam.mx y
ftp.mx.debian.org hacia nisamox.fciencias.unam.mx.

Países que no necesitan visa para ingresar al Territorio Nacional (Panamá) América: Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Paraguay, Brasil, Nicaragua, Guatemala. Exención de Visa América: Colombia. Nacionales que pueden entrar sin problemas. Es decir, se pueden pedir unas instalaciones de alguna institución académica, tal vez y coordinar algún hospedaje cercano. De ésto último es quizás como se podría intentar ver alguna especie de patrocinio, pero no es para nada prioritario. Tampoco la comida lo es. Esté en Panamá o en la Ciudad de México voy a seguir pagando por mi comida, así que... Bueno, creo que tampoco es prioritario. Sólo coordinar algunos lugares donde la gente pueda desayunar, comer y cenar junta y listo. Debian ha enseñado que muchas cosas pueden hacerse comunitariamente y que muchas veces no necesitan un guión definido. Si se llegara a tener una sede y una fecha, podríamos programar las charlas y las mesas de trabajo y lo demás se irá dando por su propia cuenta. En cuanto esté la fecha, la gente puede ir planeando sus viajes, pagándolos, esperar la fecha y asistir a una charla que se llevará en la región, en la cual podremos hackear y quizás impulsar algunos proyectos locales. You can set the DF (don't fragment) bit in various ways, but the result is that routers which need to fragment will instead drop your packets. IP guarantees that small enough packets can be transmitted without fragmentation, but that limit is a part of the protocol and not something you can configure. What is the problem you are trying to solve? Lo que a mí se me haría interesante es permitir que más debianeros centroamericanos y unos cuantos caribeños pudieran asistir y en Panamá se hace un poco más sencillo tal cosa. No estoy muy seguro de la situación pero quizás sea mucho más fácil para gente de Guatamala o El Salvador o Costa Rica ir, incluso por tierra, a Panamá que a Colombia o Venezuela (por costos y visados).
