 License is All of these are completely FREEWARE. Use them all you

 I remember seing this at the slink release.  What is the proposed
 action now?

Just as a general note, I've now been able to get emacs to install
by removing exuberant-ctags. exuberant-ctags won't reinstall with
the following errors:
