This should be the default. Filing a severity 'normal' bug because case-sensitive sorting here is absolutely terrible UI. [when case has an agreed-upon meaning, as in Unix filenames, there may be some justification, but when it's just haphazard, as in menu files, it should be ignored] There is probably an argument for consistent capitalization on aesthetic grounds, but I'll let someone else make it.
