In order news, the tools for finding RC buggy leaf packages says we have
run out of leaf packages (for now at least). So there will be no new
list today. Hopefully it stays that way :)

We will check the DELAYED queues before activing the removal hints, so
NMUs in the DELAYED queues will be given a chance to reach unstable.

3 packages were fixed before the deadline and 1 is currently in DELAYED
with less than 8 hours to go.

#690409 got tagged moreinfo + unreproducible and received some debate.
#685251 got downgraded but was upgraded yesterday. A fix for #688299
was uploaded, but it was incomplete and the bug was re-opened.
All three bugs remain open in Wheezy and I will keep an eye on them
for now.

The removed packages accounted for about 4.4% of all RC bugs left in

Thanks a lot, Neil! Is that something that you plan to automate further
(at least the warning mails, I understand you probably want to further
inspect the individual removals), and/or run on a fixed cadence?

I have just send another round (only 13-14 packages this time). I hope
I can keep it at once per week for the rest of the freeze (or till we
run out of RC buggy leaf packages).

Though I am not sure whether to keep the rate this high outside freeze.
Maybe keep the rate with higher deadline or slow down to (e.g.)
bi-weekly mails... Anyway, we can look at that once development of
Jessie starts. :)

We got about 3 or 4, who took advantage of this offer. I also noticed
two bug reports with a promise of a (N)MU in the report, which I left
for now[1].

By my count 5 RC bugs got downgraded and about packages 14 got an upload
to unstable (most of which have already been unblocked).

[0]
According to [BTS-RC], there were 479 RC bugs concerning testing at 6 am
UTC. Assume that each package only had 1 RC each, 21/479 ~~ 4.4%

[BTS-RC] http://bugs.debian.org/release-critical/

[1] But I intend check up on them.
