mm, all (or nearly all) debian mirrors have non-free; at least
* mirrors.kernel.org
* ike.egr.msu.edu
* bigfoot.eecs.umich.edu
which are the three that i use on a semi-regular basis all carry non-free;
look in debian/dists/dist/non-free
of course, the _actual_ packages are in debian/pool...
did you mean non-us?
