Heh. I tweaked the js to be slightly less annoying; it's only for a 24
hour period. [There's aleady an at job in place to remove it, so I
don't have to do anything.]

NB that the obvious implementation of this, a "no balloons" cookie,
doesn't work for people (like me) who don't accept cookies unless we
want to identify ourselves to the site in question.
