We don't, but we should have. For example, the /distrib/ part of the
web site links to ftp.nl.d.o for a lot of stuff.

Switching to cgi.d.o/cgi-bin/download.pl or something analogous should be
fairly simple... but then, somebody removed that script when packages.d.o
got moved out. It wasn't a particularly good script (it didn't use
Mirrors.masterlist), so I could just write a better one from scratch.

But this is wholly off-topic for debian-devel - please bring it up in on
debian-www or even better file a bug report on www.debian.org.
I only saw this by accident...

I'm aware only of URLs like
http://packages.debian.org/sid/bash/i386/download which are use in
packages.d.o, but they are just for .deb. packages.d.o itself is using a
fixed mirror (de) for downloading .dsc/.diff/...

Cheers.

It used to use ftp.d.o but I switched to de since that is a very
reliable mirror with very good connection.

I'm pretty sure you had good reasons for that, and I was aware as well
that de has good connection and is very reliable.

Still, I was wondering if we have a redirector somewhere I was not aware
of. If this is not the case I'll switch to ftp.de as well for the PTS.
(Though that will be in some respect a pity, we have several mirrors and
not a single one for a reason, after all.)

Cheers.

For source package we don't have anything like that. Feel free to write
one, though ;)

We could either put it on packages.d.o (like the binary download pages)
or cgi.d.o (like the redirector for the website).
