I will make a package with the new source/binary name as manpages-zh. 
I am not a DD yet, so sponsorship is necessary.

This package is quite out of date. I will upgrade to the latest as well.

Thanks for that background information.  I told the people in China
that manpages-zh no longer exists and that they agreed that they had
to do something about the Chinese packages in Debian.  However, I
wasn't aware manpages-zh got lost because the upload of a different
cman.  I thought it had been removed because it was not maintained...

I'll forward your information to the Chinese developers I met and let
them figure out who'll work on it.  mozilla-locale-zh-cn also needs
attention as do other -zh packages.
