Re: Debian Edu Buster manual: another round of translation updates

2019-04-10 Thread Rafael Rivas
Hi Frans,

I'm currently working offline the translation, not sure how much it can be
changed since the one i downloaded to work (March 4th) with the current
version. If there is no significant difference, i'll continue to working on
it and send to the list with my advances next week.

If the changes are bigger, then please provide me the new .po file to work
on it.

Thanks for the follow up.

Cheers,

 Hi everybody,

yesterday I registered for debconf11. Unfortunatelly, I am not able to
be there from the beginning, but probably I'll turn up on Wednesday.

Are you going to be there too? Does anybody plan to give a
presentation about debian-edu? I think we should at least have some
kind of open discussion like a BoF session to discuss the present
 status and further development.

Yes, that's a good idea :)

 Best regards,

Same over there :)

Re: Introducing a female version of the Skolelinux/DebianEdu mascot (Iselin)

 Dear all,

I have for some time been thinking about making a 3d model of our mascot,
so it can more easily be rendered in almost any scene.

I therefore asked my mother in law to help me make a clay model of it so
that it will be easier to model.

In that process we ended up discussing the possibility to have a female
version of the mascot, and the first and early version of the female clay
 model has already been made

If anyone would like to have a look and give me feedback, then you can
 find some pictures here:

 http://user.skolelinux.org/~arntog/iselin/

The picture quality is poor and it leaves out some of the details, but it
will give an impression. It has been made without any clay tools and put
together in less than an hour, so hopefully the next and bigger version will
 be even better.

By the way the name of the suggested female mascot is Iselin,

If anyone would be interested in helping out modeling the mascot(s) in
Blender then please let me know, I am only a novice blender user myself.

 Have a nice day/weekend!

 BR

 Thanks for the hard work.

First wish to have redirection to default page/language that sets in
 user's browser.
Second wish to have more complete Chinese translation.

@John, are you going to finish the www translations?

 Best regards,
