Please find attached a new proposed locale for Jamaican English Creole
(jam) in Jamaica (JM). This work, achieved my Michelle Afifa Harris,
is part of her OPW work on adding support for Jamaican English Creole
language in Debian installer.

The next point release for wheezy (7.4) is scheduled for Saturday 
February 8th.  Stable NEW will be frozen during the preceding weekend.
