you just became a member of the Debian Haskell Group, so do that change
yourself (but note that it is not worth an upload).

second, how do you feel about asking release manager team to make it
go on testing? the package seems to be stuck in unstable.

Due to the interdependencies all Haskell packages have to migrate in one
go, and they are not all ready (e.g. the pandoc issues are relevant).

(please cc me on answers, thanks)

If you want to join the DHG I assume you will subscribe to
debian-haskell, pkg-haskell-maintainers and pkg-haskell-commits, so I’ll
stop CC’ing you from now on. Also read through
http://wiki.debian.org/Haskell and its subpages.

Do you know where I'm wrong?

weird, but in anyway you want to use the ssh access to be able to
commit:
darcs get darcs.debian.org:/darcs/pkg-haskell/ghc
