Bug#961161: kio-perldoc: needs a dependency on libpod-parser-perl

This package uses Pod::Parser, part of the Pod-Parser distribution which
will be removed from the Perl core in upcoming version 5.32. It is
being packaged separately for Debian as libpod-parser-perl (#960790),
and affected packages need to declare appropriate dependencies on that.
As the perl core packages already Provide libpod-parser-perl, these
dependencies can be added at any time and do not need to wait for the
separate package to enter sid.
Please consider adding a runtime dependency sooner rather than later,
to help our testing efforts.

Well, yes, for your use case. But for all unstable users it must depend on 19.08. And since kgpg is in unstable… An option would be to have an kgpg in experimental which depends on 20.04. Hi Marco I found at least libkf5akonadicontact5 in experimental. You migh consider using "-t experimental" as command.
