KMail autocheck??
Is there any way to configure KMail to automatically check for new mail at its startup?

If you are using 3.1 or below, add --check (I think) to the command-line when starting KMail (right-click in the icon-properties if that's what you use). From 3.2 on (current cvs) it's in the GUI. You can find it in the Help menu. Then take a look at the FAQ (6.10). BTW, that's why the menu item is called Help ;-) Regards, Felix
