Bug#657316: [Thinkpad X201] kernel randomly stops booting
Since 3.2.4-1 is in testing, I'm running the new kernel earlier than I thought. The bug report is closed, so I guess I should reopen the bug if the behavior continues. If I don't report on this issue within, say, 1 month, feel free to forget it. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-kernel-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? I guess it's probably worth mentioning that the kernel in sid fixes some important security bugs that are not fixed in 3.1.8-2. Now that it builds on all arches again, 3.2.4 should be migrating to testing soon. Thanks, Jonathan -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-kernel-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Ok. Thank you. Due to the production system, I'm reluctant to install a kernel from unstable. As soon as the critical tasks are over, which will take me one or two weeks, I'll get the chance and report here once again. After one-two minutes the system might finally boot. Thanks for reporting it. Please test 3.2.4-1 from sid.
