Hello Bernadette.
You should tell us something more about the book and its topic: if it is not
about Debian, or Linux at least, it is probably out of topic in these lists.
Also, since most of us are volunteers who translate free (as in freedom) stuff
in their free time just because they care about free software, it would be
useful if you told us which license(s) you are going to apply to the book.
