Bug#465258: lintian: copyright-without-copyright-notice should accept line breaks

Running lintian on kdebluetooth gives (among others) this message:
 W: kdebluetooth: copyright-without-copyright-notice

 However, the copyright file says:

 Copyright:

 (C) 2007 Novell, Inc.
 (C) 2007 Tom Patzig [EMAIL PROTECTED]
 ...

Looks fine to me except that there is a CR involved.

It currently handles a date appearing in that situation but not (C)
followed by a date. That's a pretty simple fix; I'll add that for the
next version.

Bug#465192: lintian: Please warn on documentation referring to /usr/doc

 Hi,

Even if we've completed the /usr/doc to /usr/share/doc transition some
time ago, there's still documentation in Debian referring to /usr/doc.
Those should probably be fixed. On my system, this crude check:

  $ find /usr/share/doc -type f| grep -v [Cc]hangelog | xargs zgrep /usr/doc

gives some hundred hits. There's few false positives though, like
the policy upgrade-checklist.txt, I guess those could be excluded.

We do already check man pages, and adding README.Debian makes sense to me.
Going beyond that gets pretty hairy for possible false positives, but
README.Debian at least should be fine.
