Cool, meanwhile I hacked around, and got it to work somehow,
if you could please do a review and upload, that'd be great!

We can remove the hack when the new package connection_pool is accepted.

I see that you did another upload, thanks. But seeing the autopkgtest
result[1]
It looks like it needs connection_pool package, which does not seem to
be present in the archive :-(

Update follows. There is an uninstallable file in the tests folders. I
am now separating -tests and -doc . And these .snakemake folders come
from installdocs, which is why all these removals failed. Getting there.
