The cmake files have been patched in master branch of packaging repo. https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/mkl-dnn/commit/6e0a9bea677d398ee23ac9c2f84c3551d100a6d4 http://debomatic-amd64.debian.net/distribution#unstable/mkl-dnn/0.15+git20180803.3f58c16-1/buildlog > The second problem is that in the testsuite, test_convolution_format_any > fails (0/5 sub-tests). This might be related to my machine being: > vendor_id : AuthenticAMD > model name: AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1055T Processor Well, I have been waiting for intel to fix test failures for a long time. Finally the snapshot 0.15+git20180803.3f58c16 doesn't fail any test on dom-amd64 (E5 2699v?) and my I5-7440HQ, but now it failed on AMD cpu ... > Log of the FTBFS attached. Thanks for the log, I've forwarded it to upstream. https://github.com/intel/mkl-dnn/issues/291 I shouldn't let any test failure from mkl-dnn pass, so we have to wait for upstream to fix the problem. Fortunately, TensorFlow can be compiled with or without mkl-dnn. It doesn't matter if the initial upload of TensorFlow is not linked against mkl-dnn. The difference that mkl-dnn would bring to TensorFlow is computation speed-up.

I have reviewed the changes and I got two remarks plus one suggestion. The remarks: 1) the changelog omits notable changes made since the last release to the packaging, such as the debhelper compat bump (which in some cases can cause significant changes) and the fact that the ABI changed (libzc3 -> libzc4). 2) The ABI as changed and there is no a mention of it in the changelog nor this bug. Normally, this requires planning a transition - said planning will be more or less formal depending on the number of reverse dependencies and is something the sponsor has to check for. On the more positive front, since there are no reverse dependencies of libzc, there is not much of a transition to do. That along with A) that the other changes omitted in the changelog are not user visible, B) it appears to be your second upload, I have decided not to block the upload on these remarks. On the suggestion front: libzc does not require (fake)root to produce the deb files. Please consider adding "Rules-Requires-Root: no" to the source paragraph of debian/control to indicate this. I have sponsored your package as it is. Once again, thanks for your contribution to Debian and apologies for the long wait. Feel free to CC me directly on your next RFS on libzc. Avoid building Sphinx documentation on request (was: Bug#905750: RFS: elpy/1.23.0-1)

For packages from PyPI which have documentation detectable by ‘dh_sphinxdoc’, does this (avoid building the documentation if the “nodocs” build profile is enabled) just work by default?
