One of changes not included in the changelog is:

 Package: t2html
-Architecture: all
+Architecture: any

That bit could use both a changelog mention, and a bit of explanation.

The reason was 700+ deprecation warnings running the testsuite, so I
thought I would change it sooner rather than later. After reading your
mail I did some more digging, I found #994275 [1] which seems like
"which" will be un-deprecated some time in the future. I should have
looked more closely before changing it.

I have made a patch and sent it to the upstream. And I also included
it as a quilt patch.
