Thank you everyone for all the comments; I guess being frustrated is part of 
the deal, really. That's why I exercise caution when things take longer than 
I expect. This time I guess I got a little more anxious, though.

Indeed. I have actually one of two RC bugs ("Important bugs") sitting
here since end of July. Even so, not much happens.

Hm... yes. I will have to do something, I guess. Not entirely clear to
me what that would be, though. But thanks for suggestions.
