Bug#819188: RFS: icu4j/57.1-1

I believe this issue is due to .
According to the buildlog it was using ant_1.9.7-1 which contained
that bug. The new revision 1.9.7-2 is uploaded, hope it works.

And I believe IBM's copyright has been covered by the first section in
d/copyright?

2) copyright-old.txt? why you have it?

the other stuff LGTM, I'm not a java man, but the package cleanup looks nice!
