Hi Boyuan Yang,

as said already by ARon, a NMU only for changing the maintainership is
not appropiate. 

Are you member of the IME Packaging Team? In this case it would be a
Team-Upload (do do not need to add your name to Uploaders on a Team
upload.)

Wait: This is in collab-maint. Everyone is in that team, so a team-
upload will be in order (even if another team is spelled out in
d/control)

A team upload with only a Uploder change is also not approppiate,
though. However, there a possible additional changes:

- d/compat is still at 9 (and all changes required to bump them)
- the spelling error in the linitian override. Do not override this,
provide a patch fixing the spelling error. (or at least document why
linitian is wrong here)
- do not install README.md -- it has little value for the enduser
as it focuses on the building of the code.
