This is an initial QA upload of an orphaned package [1], fixing bug
628492 [2] by updating the depends and recommends. It also updates the
packaging to fix the lintian warnings.

Please ignore this warning.

The purpose of python:Versions variable was to be put in 
XB-Python-Version field. However, this field has been depracated a while 
ago; see Python Policy 2.3.
