Even if one advocate is enough, I want to join in. I am glad Terceiro finally is applying as a NM. I met him IIRC in DebConf 4, in Brazil, 2004, and remember fondly the interaction with him. I am also working with him in the pkg-ruby-extras group, where he has shown to be a dilligent and knowledgeable person. He will undoubtely pass the NM process, and will be an important asset to Debian.
