Upstream has provided a patch in

Bug#996154: obexftp: FTBFS with ruby3.0: ld: final link failed: bad value
As a note this bug is not related to ruby3.0, obexftp already FTBFS in unstable. Upstream seems dead, the last commit was from more than 3 years ago and we have released the same version since old-old-stable. Moreover, this package is orphan, so I believe this is a good candidate for removal. -- Lucas Kanashiro
