Hi,

During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build
on amd64.

Relevant part (hopefully):

A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.

Hi. I don't use or maintain sendfile myself, but according to the changelog:

(Closes: #969409)

this was fixed in the version above.

Bug#1069263: sendfile: File in /etc/profile.d has an invalid filename

2024-04-18 Thread Santiago Vila

Package: src:sendfile
Version: 2.1b.20080616-10

Dear maintainer:

The file /etc/profile.d/sendfile does not have .sh suffix,
so it's not sourced by /etc/profile at all.

I noticed this because I'm planning to improve the way
files at /etc/profile.d are read (see Bug#885414).

The plan is to use a regexp (instead of just *.sh), but
the requirement that the files have .sh suffix will remain,
as it's used to differentiate shell snippets from csh snippets.

Suggest using "sendfile.sh" instead, but maybe you have to do
additional things to remove the old conffile if it did not change.

Thanks.
