Everything seems to happen in this libxfreeimage.so image plugin of qt5;
I don't see it provided by any package in the Debian archive, so please
paste the output of:
$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/imageformats/libxfreeimage.so
Is it https://github.com/linuxdeepin/deepin-image-viewer by chance?
Another option is that the issue is in libfreeimage (src:freeimage),
which does not seem to do proper error checking in its usage of I/O
handlers...

Anyway: does krita start fine if you remove the package installing that
file, or simpy manually move that plugin away?

Thanks,

Package: konsole
Version: 4:16.08.3-1
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 11.8.3

Dear Maintainer,

Quoting policy:

>To be an x-terminal-emulator, a program must:

> * Support the command-line option -e command, which creates a new terminal
> window[106] and runs the specified command, interpreting the entirety of the
> rest of the command line as a command to pass straight to exec, in the manner
> that xterm does.

While konsole *almost* does this, the following minimal example fails:

$ konsole -e sh -c sh
Unknown option 'c'.

(Incidentally, bug #563352 is totally bogus and can be closed - policy
should be updated to clarify "in the manner that xterm does when argv0
has no space").

Dear Maintainer,

After close splitted view all konsole instances running terminate
unexpectedly with segmentation fault.
I can reproduce this behavior splitting and closing tabs multiple times
in a row ("ctrl + )" and "(ctrl + Shift + O)"), I know doing this in a
row is not a common use but it happens even if closing the splitted view
after a while.

Currently I can reproduce this in two different installations.

Here is the gdb backtrace:

Dear Maintainer,

after last upgrade seems that the "terminal size" of all my profiles
aren't recognized.

Even if the setting warns to disable "window size on next startup" in
configuration, neither enable nor disable seems recognize my settings.

Also if I use right click mouse -> "switch profile" and I select another
profile, the size doesn't change.

Thanks.

Stefano

Dear Maintainer,

setting the default size in the profile settings no longer
works. konsole always starts with 80×31.

This worked fine in jessie.

Bug#809081: konsole: Crash on mouse movement

I was using my mouse in vim in a Konsole window and it suddenly crashed.
As it wasn't on 'exit' this time, I'm filing a separate bug for it.
This is just the first time I experienced it and there's a reasonable
chance that I can't reproduce it. If it turns out I can, I'll report
back.

This looks a lot like https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=353911 as it
also involves a mouse action and the stack traces look very similar.
Unfortunately it doesn't contain much info besides the stack trace.

If you want more information, just ask.

Upstream closed the issue as yet another qt issue regarding qscreen and xcb
(https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-42985), which should have been fixed in
qt 5.5. Are you still being able to reproduce the issue? If not, it would be
better to close the issue.

Happy hacking,

After unchecking the "Show application name on the titlebar" option in the
Configure Konsole dialog it still inludes " - Konsole" at the end of window
titles. This occurs even after closing all Konsole windows and restarting the
application.

I first observed this with version 4:16.08.2-2 of both the konsole and
konsole-kpart packages. I upgraded both of those to 4:16.08.3-1 from unstable
to check if the issue was still present (and I again made sure to close all
windows after the upgrade). Before I installed the version from testing
yesterday I hadn't used this package in long time, so I can't say how long this
bug has existed.

I can reproduce the issue, this seems to be a issue in kxmlgui rather than
konsole. konsole calls setCaption or setPlainCaption depending on the value of
the user setting, the first on documents that it would add the application
name, and the second one that it wouldn't, but sadly this is no longer true (
since this was ported to qt5), as setCaption is implemented as a single call
to setPlainCaption (and the responsible for adding the application name in the
title is the qt qpa plugin).

The setCaption and setPlainCaption documentation can be seen here:
https://cgit.kde.org/kxmlgui.git/tree/src/kmainwindow.h

While the implementation can be seen here:
https://api.kde.org/frameworks/kxmlgui/html/kmainwindow_8cpp_source.html

The qt documentation for setWindowTitle can be found here:
http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qwidget.html#windowTitle-prop

kxmlgui is missing a way to workaround the setWindowTitle use of the qpa
plugin, this may need to be scale to qtbase.

Package: krita
Severity: important

Hey,

a simple
# apt install krita
Gives me this:
Wymaga: libilmbase6 (>= 1.0.1) ale nie da się go zainstalować
Wymaga: libopenexr6 (>= 1.6.1) ale nie da się go zainstalować
Which means they're required but non-installable.

The two packages are not available in sid:amd64 at all, but I have other
two packages, libilmbase6v5 and libopenexr6v5 which seemingly provide
the same functionality.

Could you ask Krita to depend on them instead, or alternatively make
sid's non-v5 packages become dummies that provide the v5 versions?

Cheers
~phoe

Comments regarding qbs_1.7.0+dfsg-1_amd64.changes

2016-12-23 Thread Scott Kitterman
I am going to accept your package, but there is one debian/copyright issue
that should be fixed in the next upload. In tests/auto/blackbox/
tst_clangdb.cpp, the copyright attribution for Christian Gagneraud is missing.
Please add that for your next upload.
