Bug#676688: /usr/bin/krunner: krunner crashes, unable to lock screen
Package: kde-workspace-bin Version: 4:4.7.4-2+b1 Severity: important File: /usr/bin/krunner After a recent update of my machines, I have been unable to lock my screen. While doing some investigation, I've seen mention that the screensaver functionality in KDE is tied to krunner. krunner crashes every time an attempt to run it is made, whether it's during an initial login, or simply through the command line. Bug#525940: dolphin: Problem copying files/directories to remote computer using fish:/
Package: dolphin Version: 4:4.2.2-1 Severity: normal There is some problem with copying files or directories to a remote computer using fish:/. When you go to your home directory on the remote computer using fish://u...@remote-server and then try to paste whatever file or directory you had clicked on to copy, an error message pops up stating Could not {create folder, copy file} to fish://u...@remote-server/{directory,file}. Bug#523354: kmail: does not prompt for passphrase when attempting to sign messages
I suppose I did have to set it up. I don't remember setting anything up for signing messages in the older version of kmail however. Was it already set up in the old version of kmail? Signing emails in kmail does work. It is not the easiest to set up, but it do work. KMail is not implementing asking for gpg passphrases directly, but instead calls out to gpg-agent and make that handle the passphrase. You need gpg-agent set up in your environment and have set gpg-agent up to use a X based pinentry thing (pinentry-qt3, pinentry-qt4, pinentry-gtk, ...) When this work, and you on command line can sign things and you get a graphical popup asking for your passphrase, then it should also work in kmail. If you don't have gpg-agent installed or gpg-agent intsalled with only a command line based pinentry, then this won't work.
