Bug#825961: milou: unable to set separatorVisible on resultdelegateitem
Package: milou Version: 4:5.6.4-1 Severity: important Tags: patch Dear Maintainer, When running krunner it was appearing at the top centre of my display and only one pixel wide and unable to receive keyboard input and therefore could not launch apps. When running from a terminal I received an error along the lines of: "Unable to set separatorVisible on object ResultsListViewDelegate" It said the problem was at line 144 of /usr/lib/x86_64-linux- gnu/qt5/qml/org/kde/milou/ResultDelegate.qml I merely commented out this line and the krunner dialog appeared as expected. Bug#469824: kontact: Always fails on fresh install, but components work
Package: kontact Version: 4:3.5.9-2 Followup-For: Bug #469824 Hi there. I am building a couple of new (to me) machines and every new install does now allow kontact to start. I get the following in he konsole I launch from: WeaverThreadLogger: thread (ID: 1) suspended. WeaverThreadLogger: thread (ID: 2) suspended. WeaverThreadLogger: thread (ID: 3) suspended. WeaverThreadLogger: thread (ID: 4) suspended. QDir::exists: Empty or null file name QDir::exists: Empty or null file name *** KMail got signal 11 (Crashing) KCrash: Application 'kontact' crashing... I can start kmail, korganizer and kaddressbook independently with no problems at all. I have not configured any account info for these accounts. I have another machine with exactly the same version but which has been upgraded from previous version (I think it was installed over a year ago) and it has not problems at all. (Indeed, I use it every day.) If there's any more info that I can provide, please ask away.
