No change here.

This has been uploaded and has built on all release archs.

This has been uploaded and has built on all release archs.

However, checking with "dak rm" on coccia, I discovered four packages
which build-depend on libwxgtk3.0-dev but without a resulting runtime
dependency. I've filed bugs against these and set them as blocking this
bug. They should at least be easy to address.

I have just filed a bug against libreoffice (#943401). And I will look at
kdelibs4support myself.

I am tracking that, yes.

Can you please also binNMU pyqt5webengine to make sure it picks up the
latest functions in qtwebengine (to solve #941959)?

The rebuilds seem to go mostly OK. I saw that qtbase-opensource-src
triggered two autopkgtest regressions. libreoffice could be an effect of
the new version of libreoffice (can you discuss with its maintainer?),
but kdelibs4support seems to need an updated autopkgtest.

Can you also check the status of the other packages that you upgraded?

Just go ahead with the package rename / soname bump, no need to revert it and
then do the transition in this case, given the rdeps are going to build fine so
there will be little disruption.

Cheers,
Emilio

Note that the symbol versioning added a while back is intended to make
it easier to do an incremental upgrade, with no hard transition. E.g.,
it should work to link an executable both directly to libnettle.so.6 and
indirectly (e.g., via gnutls) to the abi-incompatible libnettle.so.7. Or
vice versa. Not very well tested, though.
