I just took a look at the "add python3.8 transition tracker", and split the remaining "bad" packages into categories. Bug#949185: transition: libffi

There are two packages needing patches: ecl polyml and three packages already ftbfs in unstable: bustle uuagc haskell-stack I had done a test rebuild in November in Ubuntu [1], [2], and it's currently looking ok in [3]. It's not a Debian test build, but it covers some more architectures. Please use the auto libffi tracker.
