Bug#780892: security-tracker: please show unsupported packages as unsupported instead of unimportant

Please change the Urgency field for issues on unsupported packages from
unimportant to unsupported. Having unimportant in the urgency
field is very misleading. Currently the only indication that a package
is unsupported is in the notes section of each issue. The page for each
source package should say Open unsupported issues instead of Open
unimportant issues. Here are some examples of what I am talking about:
