Cf. #762255 and related bugs which added support for having the DLA's
included both in security-tracker source field and on the website.
Though this needs volunteers to actually import and translate the
DLAs.

 "SourceDebian LTS" points to 
https://www.debian.org/security/2018/dla-1445
 but there's no such page.
