Να σου πω δεν το έχω κάνει αλλά η λύση που έδωσα ήταν αυτό που με είρθε την 
στιγμή που το είπες.
Το dh_installinit που βλέπω κάνει το αντίθετο ( install init scripts into 
package build directories
).
Αυτό που σκεύτηκα ήταν ένα script που θα κάνει extract το init file από εκει 
που το έχει το deb.

Είναι μια σκέψη απλός.

Gia na epanelthei to /etc/init.d/hostapd exo brei mono tis parakato lyseis:
1) Purge kai epanegkatastash
2) Katebasma toy source kai antigrafh me to xeri
3) Katebasma toy paketoy, extract kai antigrafi me to xeri

Den katafera na to kano me ta parakato:
1) --reinstall (den ksanabazei ta config)
2) dpkg-reconfigure -plow
3) Egkatastash me --force-confdef, --force-confnew
4) Diagrafi toy init script kai epanegkatastash me --force-confmiss
