Problema con kde en sid
Hola... estoy corriendo Sid y despues de un upgrade empece a tener el siguiente problema: prendo la máquina, todo va perfecto, hasta que arranca kdm. Me logueo con mi nombre de usuario y kde no arranca. Vuelve a kdm. Si me logueo como usuario en la consola y escribo startx, no arranca, pero si me logueo como root en la consola y escribo startx si anda... alguna idea de donde puede estar el problema? Se imaginaran que la idea de ser root en un entorno grafico y encima conectarme a internet no me agrada demasiado Gracias!

Problemas con Bind9
Hola Lista, espero que todos esten bien.Les escribo porque tengo dos dias con un problema que no resuelvo. estoy configurando un Bind y estoy haciendo uso de las view o vistas para separar lo que el dns va a resolver de forma interna y externa, pero no me sirve, pero le comento los view y todo rula, no entiendo que pasa, acaso al bind tengo que indicarle en algun archivo de configuracion que estoy usando views??? Estoy usando bind9 de debian sarge. Al que me pueda ayudar le agradesco, detodas formas seguire buscando.

Error con X tras dist-upgrade
Hola Pues nada, que me he atrevido a hacer un dist-upgrade en el portatil, y me encuentro con que las X no me inician, dice que no en cuentra el servidor de X. El fallo es el siguiente: Unpacking replacement x11-common ... dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/x11-common_1%3a7.0.22_i386.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite '/usr/X11R6/bin', which is also in package xgl Errors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/x11-common_1%3a7.0.22_i386.deb E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) Si hago apt-get -f install me dice lo mismo. El paquete xgl no existe en debian. A menos que lo hayas puesto a mano y sepas lo que estÃs haciendo, eliminalo o actualizalo. El error viene de que ese paquete contiene un directorio (/usr/X11R6/bin) que no deberÃa. acentos imprimiendo
Cuando trato de imprimir un archivo de texto que tiene acentos (o ñ's), de la siguiente manera: cat archivo /dev/lp0 Aparece cualquier cosa en la hoja menos los acentos. Tengo una Epson LX-300. Abriendo el archivo en el vim, se me ven bien. Alguien tiene idea q hay q tocar para q tambien se vean bien cuando lo imprimo de la manera descripta? Muchas gracias. Dentro de esa carpeta ya no hay nada. Estás enviando los datos al paralelo con una codificación distinta de la que usa la impresora para imprimir. Tendrías q usar algún filtro para conversión de codificación, no conozco ninguno pero debería funcionar más o menos así: cat archivo | filtro input=iso-8859-1 ouput=iso-8859-15 /dev/lp0 es que con cat archivo se me ven bien las tildes tambien. Comprueba que la impresora usa iso-8859-15, parece que es eso.
