Darkice y Icecast2 no se oye

Hola

he instalado y configurado hasta el momento Darkice y Icecast2 con ALSA

Los 2 dicen estar corriendo bien pero cuando pruebo en mi Pc u otra
simplemente dice que está reproduciendo pero no se oye nada

Qué puede pasar???

 Uso Debian squeeze
