All of the failures already had bugs regarding this,
there's not much new to investigate here.

I just NMUed 5 of the failures that are in stretch and were trivial to fix.

OK, so this one contains a pre-dh debian/rules.

I did a sourceful upload updating config.{guess,sub}
that built on all release architectures.

I gave back this package on both arches, and it recompiled already but
it seems it fails on both arches again:
