Bug#871453: ITP: golang-github-markbates-inflect -- A git fork of https://bitbucket.org/pkg/inflect
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Anthony Fok* Package name: golang-github-markbates-inflect Version : go.r60+git20170411.16.6cacb66-1 Upstream Author : Mark Bates, Chris Farmiloe, David Heinemeier Hansson * URL : https://github.com/markbates/inflect * License : Expat Programming Lang: Go Description : Go library to transform words from singular to plural (Git fork) Forked from originall Mercurial-based https://bitbucket.org/pkg/inflect, this Go library transforms words from singular to plural, class names to table names, modularized class names to ones without, and class names to foreign keys. The default inflections for pluralization, singularization, and uncountable words are kept in inflect.go. . Originally ported from the ActiveSupport::Inflector module from Ruby on Rails. Reason for packaging: Needed by the newly released Hugo 0.26, which has switched from github.com/bep/inflect (provided by golang-bitbucket-pkg-inflect-dev) to the better-maintained github.com/markbates/inflect.

Bug#793057: ITP: godot -- open source MIT licensed game engine
I've had a first pass at creating a package for godot : https://mentors.debian.net/package/godot There are some lintian warnings to clear up, and I was wondering a bit about the following * builds only support amd64 at the moment * how to handle packaging godot 3.0 when it's available (an alpha is currently out) Once I find some time to clear up the lintian warnings, I'll do the RFS procedure following the mentor's guide and https://wiki.debian.org/Games/Sponsors/Queue signature.asc Description: PGP signature
Bug#871443: RFA: nanomsg -- a fast, scalable communications library
Package: wnpp Severity: normal I request an adopter for the nanomsg package. As I'm no longer using this library, I'm having trouble giving it attention. At this point, the library is pretty stable; there are some strange issues with some of the more exotic architectures that have been a persistant problem over the last couple of years, but upstream hasn't entirely been responsive. The package description is: nanomsg is a socket library that provides several common communication patterns. It aims to make the networking layer fast, scalable, and easy to use. Implemented in C, it works on a wide range of operating systems with no further dependencies. . The communication patterns, also called "scalability protocols", are basic blocks for building distributed systems. By combining them you can create a vast array of distributed applications. The following scalability protocols are currently available: . PAIR - simple one-to-one communication BUS - simple many-to-many communication REQREP - allows one to build clusters of stateless services to process user requests PUBSUB - distributes messages to large sets of interested subscribers PIPELINE - aggregates messages from multiple sources and load balances them among many destinations SURVEY - allows one to query state of multiple applications in a single go . This package contains the development files for nanomsg.

Bug#841301: ITP: libwlc -- wlc a compositor library for Wayland
Hallo Markus, seems like sway, the window manager I was targeting to package, is (was) moving away from wlc and I think wlc itself was marked as a deprecated project so I decided to pause my effort until everything is cleared up. I haven't done any tests for at least 5 months but the biggest one was sometimes (I think in applications through Xwayland) when you right clicked somewhere sway would crash. I think that was wlc bug tho not sure. I could restart the effort. Should be easy enough. I could publish the git somewhere and send you access. Could you please mail me a public ssh key? I should have something that works® by the day after tomorrow or even faster if you would prefer to play with it during debconf. Have you tried way-cooler at all? Is it usable?
