Bug#969586: O: iwd -- wireless daemon for Linux
Package: wnpp Severity: normal I intend to orphan the iwd package in the next upload. The package description is: Minimalistic wireless daemon that uses modern Linux interfaces like cfg80211 and nl80211 (netlink). The daemon provides a D-Bus API. . The daemon can be controlled from the command line with the included iwctl client utility. . The included iwmon utility can be used to monitor the 802.11 subsystem generic netlink commands and events. It uses the nlmon kernel driver from Linux 3.10 and later. Regards, Andreas Henriksson
Bug#969585: ITP: ruby-uri-template -- templating system for URIs
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Pirate Praveen From https://rubygems.org/gems/uri_template A templating system for URIs, which implements RFC6570 and Colon based URITemplates in a clean and straight forward way. . With URITemplate you can generate URIs based on simple templates and extract variables from URIs using the same templates. There are currently two syntaxes defined. Namely the one defined in RFC 6570 and a colon based syntax, similiar to the one used by sinatra. Dependency of gitlab 13.3
Bug#969572: ITP: python-duniterpy - Duniter Python API
Quoting Jonas Smedegaard (2020-09-05 14:09:32) > duniterpy uses poetry, which is not yet in Debian. > > Poetry has been waiting since december for ftpmaster approval. Correction: Poetry has not yet been uploaded to Debian, so there is no sense in asking ftpmaster for prioritizing it. Instead, it might help to post an email to 947...@bugs.debian.org and making them aware that duniterpy is waiting for that package to be finalized. - Jonas -- * Jonas Smedegaard - idealist & Internet-arkitekt * Tlf.: +45 40843136 Website: http://dr.jones.dk/ [x] quote me freely [ ] ask before reusing [ ] keep private signature.asc Description: signature

Bug#960788: ITP: alsa-sof-firmware -- Intel SOF audio firmware and topology
Hi, Hector Oron (2020-09-04): > Missatge de Jordi Mallach del dia dj., 3 de set. > 2020 a les 16:48: > >> After claiming it and looking at the source, I resolved this probably >> belongs as part of linux-firmware or whatever the source name is, as >> Ubuntu did. zumbi@ has been talking to the kernel people about this but >> right now I'm unsure what the status is. > > That is correct, we have been discussing it at the #debian-kernel IRC > channel and Maximilian was planning to add this SOF-bin to the > firmware-nonfree package. Great news, thanks a lot for the summary! So we could close this ITP (#960788, since in the end no new source package will be introduced) in favor of #949019 and #962134, which could themselves be merged, right? I'm happy to do the BTS paperwork if this makes sense to you folks :) > I believe Lenovo is supportive and is going to send a machine to > Maximilian to be able to test it out. This is great news too. With my Tails hat on I'll suppose this will take some time on the Debian/Lenovo side. Cheers!
