Bug#844078: Updating upstream debian packages
Hello, AGS has an experimental branch to switch from Allegro4 backend to SDL2 backend. It's in the process of updating the AGS Debian packaging scripts of this branch. If someone is interested in helping out, please give a hi here : https://github.com/adventuregamestudio/ags/issues/1148 Is it alright to statically link SDL_Sound since the version in the Debian repository targets SDL 1.2 instead of 2? And should SDL2 be dynamically or statically linked, since depending on the Debian version, SDL 2 will be pre SDL 2.0.9, which breaks SDL_Sound and thus breaks ags.

Simon, would you like this in utopia-team then? If so, could you please create a dbus-broker repo and give me push access? I'd like to upload to experimental before the end of the week, so that it can go through NEW. Will not upload to unstable until we are all happy, and possibly the dbus package split is agreed if not uploaded. But the current status should be good enough for experimental. -- Kind regards, Luca Boccassi signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part

Feel free to take full ownership of it. Just a note: the Vcs- fields in debian/control point to a repository in the debian team that not yet exist and the discussion on the dbus MR seems to suggest that the repository for the dbus-broker package should live in the utopia-team group anyway. Cheers, Dan
