It will help greatly for occasional Debian users to send wishes for
their favorite packages if http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/#l2
included full template for email message with required format for URL
and license.

In ideal world it should be a web form.

The email below sent by DBTS lacks the pointer to information how to
submit further information and how to track the status of the
proposal. I am pretty sure I've seen specialized web interface used
for tracking packaging requests. I can't find it now, but it would be
nice to have a link to it directly in the email message.
