Thank you for your feedback.
I've rewritten description as follows:

Description: Notification system which is extendable by a plugin
Growl For Linux is Linux-compatible of Growl. Growl is a notification
 system for Mac OS X.
 .
Growl For Linux provides four kind of display styles - ballon, fog,
 libnotify and nico2.
The display style is implemented as a plugin, so you can add a new
 display style if you want.
 .
And more, Growl For Linux supports subscriber which will interact
with other software. Currently Growl For Linux supports Rhythmbox.
 .
Notification should be sent with GNTP (Growl Notification Transport
 Protocol).

1/ Please review your short description, which adds nothing to what we
can read already in the package name.

2/ Please write the long description in ITPs.

Reading the ITP in debian-devel, I still have no idea what your package
does, which isn't nice.

Thanks,
