The binary appears to be compiled with the relative path "plugins/" for plugins
The working directory is /usr/sbin and it creates an empty directory /usr/sbin/plugins at startup It doesn't use /usr/lib/domoticz/plugins so it doesn't discover any plugins installed there. As a workround, I created a symlink before starting the process, ln -s /usr/lib/domoticz/plugins /usr/sbin/plugins but that is only a hack
