On the other hand I *am* allowed to access it. So there must be

something that's different between me and you. I guess it's the IP

address. What's yours? Could you please add your IP address to the bug

report?

Such symptoms are in nearly all those logfiles, so it seems unlikely, that
just some symlinks are causing this. 
Moreover, the whole urlcheck script seems broken somehow...

As they are currently, the logfiles are of no use, IMO.
