Bug#803522: marked as done (intel-gpu-tools: Please build-depend on swig, not swig2.0)
Your message dated Thu, 24 Dec 2015 07:21:45 + with message-id and subject line Bug#803522: fixed in intel-gpu-tools 1.13-1 has caused the Debian Bug report #803522, regarding intel-gpu-tools: Please build-depend on swig, not swig2.0 to be marked as done. This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with. If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith. (NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what this message is talking about, this may indicate a serious mail system misconfiguration somewhere. Please contact ow...@bugs.debian.org immediately.) -- 803522: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=803522 Debian Bug Tracking System Contact ow...@bugs.debian.org with problems --- Begin Message --- Package: intel-gpu-tools Version: 1.12-1 Severity: normal Tags: patch User: ubuntu-de...@lists.ubuntu.com Usertags: origin-ubuntu ubuntu-patch The swig2.0 package is obsolete; the 'swig' metapackage now points at swig3.0 instead. If intel-gpu-tools needs to use swig at build-time (and for the record, I can't find any evidence that it does use swig), please build-depend on 'swig' instead of on 'swig2.0'. If it doesn't use swig at build time, then of course it's preferable to drop the build-dependency instead. Bug#807040: general: System hangs and then restarts (kernel panic)
Hi, Sorry, I was getting a little negative, this is really hard. I appreciate any help you can give. If I had the kernel logs, could you do something with them and help determine what crashed. I set up kexec, kdump to collect the logs.
