Latest release of xkeyboard-config (1.5) relies on latest changes in
libxkbfile for misc:typo option to work.
xkeyboard-config 1.5 already merged to debian-ustable, so libxkbfile
should be upgraded too.

Bug#509046: russian keyboard layout incompatible with latin layouts

Not only russian, but any layout without third level (e.g. us)
breaks these layouts too.
As a temporary workaround you could place russian layout to last
position de(neo),sk,de,ru.
