Does this still seem to be happening to E-mails with large numbers of
   recipients?

These messages had 89 and 60 recipients each.

Are there any Declude log file entries for these E-mails? If so, what are
they? Do you know if there are any Declude.exe processes in memory when
this happens, that are not going away (which could indicate that Declude
hung)? Do you know if the SMTP service was stopped/restarted at around
 the time this happened?

Re[3]: [Declude.JunkMail] [BUMP] Files locked but not processed

2003-12-30 Thread R. Scott Perry
Given the information, it looks like the most likely culprit here is IMail.

I tested one of the D*.SMD/Q*.SMD combinations here, and there were no
problems. With nothing suggesting that Declude either hung or crashed, it
sounds like this is a case related to the other IMail issues (not calling
Declude, or calling Declude multiple times).

It has not been restarted since the 8.05 upgrade on 12/23.

Yes, you can use the MAILBOX action to do that. For example, TESTNAME
MAILBOX spam would route E-mail that failed the TESTNAME test into the

You're using the debug mode, which isn't designed to be processed in any
way (aside from combining all lines with the same spool file name). The
debug mode log file entries include the milliseconds (for debugging
purposes G).

If you are just looking for all lines for a message, you can use:

FIND afe0021101d68bb7 dec.log /i

If you need to do more that group by e-mail, what I do is to import the log

keywords, key phrases, unique characters and spaces in specific locations.
Works really well and very fast.

FYI - You can do this with DLAnalyzer. On one of our last discussions we
talked about having a weight range that spanned from zero. This way you
could see the messages that were delivered.

If you specify spamdomains and that weight range as a test in the advanced
